My bathroom has been transformed and finished to such a high standard Michelle gave the initial quote and she was very friendly and helpful .and gave some good advice. Rob worked very hard and it was a pleasure having him doing the work. He was friendly and professional and nothing was too much for him. From day 1 Peter has been a true professional. He was always there when he said he would to give the estimate & the quote. His quote broke down to every single item, no matter how small! this allowed me to plan & manage my finances. That was 1 of the reasons for choosing him. Throughout the job Peter was flexible & when things developed & needed to be changed, he came up with solutions before asking me. Peter & the lads (Ashley & Martin) were reliable & sometimes worked long days/Saturdays, which allowed the job to be finished a week early. The quality of the work is spot on, including mixing in the reclaim bricks & reusing bricks (to keep down costs). 4 steels needed to be put in for this job & Pete's measurements were spot on to the mm (so i've been told), plus the house never fell down while he was doing it!!! The extension has been finished & its just what we wanted. As of yet there have been no after care issues, & to be honest i'm not expecting any, so i can't give feedback on that. Would i recommend him -Definitely. The reasons- always on time, clear quote, good building skills, adaptable, came up with answers when needed, nothing to much trouble. He did what i asked for to a very good & professional standard, what better feedback could i give.

The Job was to extend the rear of the house on the ground floor, open up the kitchen and reception room into one open plan living area, to refresh the rest of the house which included new plaster skim, doors and frames and to fit new bathrooms and kitchen as well as an rewire on the whole house and the construction of a retaining wall in the garden to accommodate the extension. Florins team were excellent from start to finish, the whole project was completed in record time to a very high standard. The 10 weeks turnaround was incredible, we were very happy that Florin was always here at the property or on the end of the phone throughout the process, his professional advice and smart ideas made for a smooth transition from room to room. The team were very hard working, polite and knowledgeable, these guys worked very hard and very quickly which was amazing to see and I was very grateful we were able to move into the property earlier than planned which even saved us money on the temporary accommodation we had! Can’t thank you enough Florin, any small issues we had were dealt with quickly and smoothly, I love the house, the level of work and would 100% use Florin and his team on my next project!
