Quotes were provided and the job was agreed upon. The project involved a full house restructuring and extension build. However, after several stages of work, communication with Jas was lost, and his co-worker took the lead on site. Several issues arose, such as recommending smart plumbing equipment for purchase, but their plumbers were unable to install it. The tiling, skirtings, and tiles were not completed. Tiles around the columns were cracked. After Jas's team abandoned the project, another plumber had to install all the remaining items. The job was left unfinished, and we had to find alternative contractors to complete it. Significant time and money were wasted due to persistent communication problems, failure to issue invoices, and numerous other issues. Eventually, Jas and his main labourer stopped responding and disappeared, ignoring phone calls and WhatsApp messages. Be aware of these potential issues.

A really excellent set up of builders. Peter was great in evaluating the work and what we needed done. Sue was clear in her communication on costs, and then execution of the works by Taras and his team was superb. The extension was built in fantastic time-frame, and the end result is great. Tony and his team were phenomenal! Professional, courteous, reliable, tidy and quick. Tony's communication throughout the build was consistent, clear and precise. Tony really listened to me throughout the process; provided advice and options but most of all completed the project the way I needed it. The whole build went exceptionally smoothly, was finished ahead of schedule and on budget. Tony's workmanship is excellent and the final finish spot on. I was really worried about finding the right builder for my project... I simply could not have found better. I hired Aras to prepare a Scope of Work document and organise three builders to visit and quote for the works (a side-return extension, and other internal refurbishment). I've been very happy with the work Aras has done. The SoW document was very detailed allowing the three builders to provide like-for-like quotes. He recommended three builders he's worked with before, and provided honest feedback and the pros and cons of each. Lastly, he's always been helpful in answering general design/structural questions I've had. I would definitely hire Aras again and highly recommend him.
