Leslie carried out the following works: chemical damp injection to walls on rear extension, reroute down-pipe, repair fracture on rear wall, install gutter hedgehog. Hopefully, this will resolve some of the issues we had with damp, a blocked down-pipe and an overflowing gutter. Leslie arrived on time on the first day but was delayed a few hours the next day. However, the work still was done within two days as expected. Thank you!

100% RECOMMENDED Michelle and her partner measured up and competitively quoted within a short space of time. She was then very patient and supportive when unforeseen planning issues popped up and set the start date back by quite some time. Once building started, all questions were promptly answered by either the site manager or Michelle, both being available at all times. I was away for the duration of most of the job and it was very reassuring to know that I was leaving it all in capable and honest hands. The workers were very proficient and tidied up after themselves at end of each day. They also put in some very long hours at times to hasten the work. I was also impressed by the handling of unexpected problems during the building (mainly invasive tree stumps!). I am absolutely thrilled with the end result. High quality workmanship and a beautiful building which I am sure will last many years. I would certainly recommend them without a doubt.

Initially when using My Builder, I didn’t really have any intentions of working with tradesmen from here, it was more to benchmark and see where a quotation would be priced however upon meeting Vijay, that pretty much changed from the first meeting. If you’re looking for someone who treats your project like their own, he’s the man. Vijay takes 110% pride and care into every aspect of your project. Although work is yet to commence on my property, the spec Vijay has put together itself is worth a lot of money, and most would consider it invaluable. From my opinion so far, no stone will be left unturned where Vijay’s project management and work is concerned. Without thinking twice, I would highly recommend anyone considering Vijay, to at the very least, meet with him and show him the work required. From there on, your mind will be made up.
