The job was more than a standard plaster job it was a complete refurbishment of the dining room with the new flooring extending into the hallway. Ionut did an amazing job his attention to detail is first rate I have used quite a few builders over the years and I can honestly say Ionut impressed me the most. He is hardworking, meticulous to detail, tidy and goes above and beyond the job that has been agreed. An example of this was him deciding to hide all loose wiring while he was doing the skirting which has made things much more tidy and also doing new flooring and skirting under the stairs without me asking. He wrapped everything in plastic during the job (radiators, doors, light sockets etc) no plasterer I have used before took that much care in protecting things during plastering which as we know is a very messy job. We will be recommending to all our friends and in the future he will be the first contact if we need any more building work. 100 percent recommend his services and thank you Ionut for the job you have done for us

Restoration & Refurbishment- 15 Feb 2016
Pawel and his team modernised our two bedroom house from top to bottom. They installed central heating in every room, they removed our old warm air heating, made an open plan for the kitchen and living room area, installed new bathroom and kitchen units and did the tiling too, they updated our electrics and sockets and also plastered and painted the walls and fitted our wooden flooring for downstairs. The job was completed within 12 weeks. We were very happy with the modernisation, our home looks completely different and has a new modern fresh feel. This involved clearing and levelling the area; moving and re-securing a bike shed; laying a patio and lawn; and a number of finishing touches. The area went from somewhat of an embarrassing eye-sore to an area of pride. One that several neighbours have already made compliments about. David provided a professional service from start to finish. His quote was more than I expected, but his knowledge and vision gave me the confidence to select his services. He provided a selection of options and stuck to budget; adapted well to new ideas/suggestions; and informed in advance where the cost would be impacted.
