Genuinely one of the worst builders we have come across. David rewired the flat and Stefan plastered the hallway. David is NOT qualified as an electrician and cut corners wherever he could. David leveraged us for money mid job and in the end left the job without finishing and without providing a certificate. David ran cables behind door frames (awful idea), got the cheapest material, forgot where holes were for spotlights and switches among many issues which meant we had to constantly ask our builders to fill the holes and make good. Stefan did the hallway plastering without putting on mesh. The plaster cracked within 2 weeks and the paint keeps cracking and will be a constant problem. When asked to come back and fix the issue - he point blank refused. They were the cheapest quote but we really hope we had gone to someone else

Easy 5* review! PGM services restored my old flagstone patio that had fallen into complete disrepair. Petru was really friendly and communicative. He arrived at the agreed time to look at the site, he listened to what I wanted and even suggested some great ideas. He later sent a quote with various different options allowing me to choose the price point that worked best for me. Something I especially valued was that, throughout the job, he kept me updated and consulted me whenever a decision needed to be made (e.g. when choosing the colour of the pointing). He respected and supported my choices even when it wasn’t the easiest option for him and his team. His team did a great job! They are trustworthy and reliable. They arrived on time, got the job done and I’m really pleased with the final result. Would definitely use PGM services again!

Jacob was very accommodating and flexible. His team were great and he completed the work nicely. There was some splatter from the cementing on to my neighbour's wall. He tried to clean it off but it wouldn't all come off. Therefore, he went out and bought some paint and repainted their wall. I would get him back for more work without hesitation. When looking for a builder - they have to be honest, work hard and to an excellent quality without cutting corners. They should be responsible to ensure neighbours property isn't damaged and provide consultancy as what we want and want is realistic can differ significantly! - and if any issues rectify them once the job is complete and of course provide good after sales. I have used several builders over the years - very few tick all of the above boxes. Jacob certainly does.

Byron replied to a job quickly, quote was what we have expected and he accomodated specific date we needed this done by. Communication from the beginning until the end was great, he explained everything clearly, advised day before what time will they be arriving and arrived in time. Did a fantastic job plastering living room ceiling and cleaned up the floor afterwards as well. Very pleased and will definitelly be employing again for any future jobs. Thank you!

Younger brother Anti was a professional and I would hire again but beware of the elder sibling as his workmanship his poor, here is a list:- 1) the cupboard fitted under the stairs was misaligned and the hinges are loose. Paint job was poorly finished too. 2) cupboard fitted across the boiler was all bent. Anti came and fixed it. 3) varnish across door and skirting boards were done once and therefore have an uneven spread 4) the floorboards did not have enough glue placed in certain areas so it creaks 5) grout in some time are missing 6) really poor sealant work on the bathroom 7) broke my £2000 TV and then hid the evidence. I only found out after placing the furniture back in its place. In contrast Anti did a good job in fitting the radiator. If you can Illicit promises of Anti only completing the job without the older the brother then go for it or else give them a wide berth.

On a cold November evening, Tony and his team turned up to provide a quote and within a week this was received. The quoted price came in the middle of the pile, which was a good start and aligned closely to the ballpark figure I'd received from a friend who was also in the trade. We then visited a site they were finishing off, and Tony had the confidence to ask us to speak to the client without him there and they gave us the confidence to proceed. They started in January 2020 and rapidly moved through the works and engaged closely with my architect, Structural engineer and building control and proceeded based on their recommendations strictly. We lived in the property as build progressed and the team ensured that the site was secure every evening and we were safe. As COVID-19 hit and we went into Lockdown, the team continued to come and work (we were separated from them as the house was boarded up) and the only challenge was getting supplies. Tony scoured all over London, picking up items as best as he could and work continued. Once they'd broken through into the old part of the house they continued to progress rapidly and showed utter professionalism. The team lead's attention to detail is impressive, and he gave great recommendations on what would be the right approach when we were laying out features such as window sizing and lighting. The standard of work is excellent and I would highly recommend them.
