I gave him the opportunity as I was desperate to find someone fast,and didn’t have much success on here.Soon as he accepted,he was already asking for cash beforehand to get materials.I thought you know what,his company details are online,what can go wrong so I did.As his team started the job, they told me I needed to have 2 fences erected as they were badly damaged and deteriorating.I thought heck,why not,might aswell do it now so I gave him again, the opportunity to make some extra business with us.Again,was asked for some pre payment to get the materials,all in cash.All was finished within 2days of the weekend.Fence looked fine,but the roof just looked like a cowboy job.I didn’t complain,as it was done fast,with all the stress with opening a new business,it was one less headache out of the way.After 1 day of rain,the roof was already leaking,like absolutely everywhere.Called him, and he got someone to come by a few days after to fill in more silicone.(Very suspect job again).I thought fine, aslong he’s responding and trying to fix the situation.Fast forward few days later, bearing in mind the shop isn’t open and I’m not always there when it’s raining,it rained again and it was leaking in some areas again.Whatsapped him which is how we normally communicated,called him,read my messages but no reply. Now he has blocked me.Seriously, how he knows I’m opening a business soon this is how he wants to treat his customers. Simply give me back my money or fix the problem, simple!

We hired Manu and his team to plaster our summerhouse, relocate two radiators and fit a new bulkhead ceiling in the lounge and install LED tape. He was knowledgable, professional and considerate and I highly recommend Manu and his team. Not only did he understand the project for the bulkhead, but he came up with another suggestion which we went with, and friends and family agree looks amazing. The finish on the plasterwork is perfect and Manu and his team worked hard and even left the summerhouse cleaner than when they started! It is great to work with a team who pay such attention to detail, listen to the client and get the job done to a high standard. It was a risk to go with Manu as he didn't have any feedback when I hired him. I actually got him to quote so I could compare prices with someone else I had in mind to do the job, but when I met Manu I felt he would be the better person to do the job as he listened and understood exactly what I wanted and so I ended up hiring him instead. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him for any future jobs. Thank you Manu and team!

Alpha construction did a 2 storey side and roof extension, loft conversion, complete renovation, drive and patio for us. In short they took a dated 3 bedroom house and converted it into a modern 5 bedroom house. We invited over 10 builders to bid and Alpha supplied the most detailed quote and were the only one to meet each deadline. They were also always quick to answer questions. That level of customer service and professionalism was reflected in all latter dealings with them. They started on time, they finished on time. They updated us on a regular basis and found innovative solutions to unexpected issues e.g. inaccurate architectural drawings. They kept to budget and were transparent with costs. My husband particularly appreciated that they recommended value options or found lower cost solutions to our ideas. We also got access to a wealth of subcontractors. Ross put together a high quality team from the expected plumbers, electricians etc. To the unexpected such as window vendors / kitchen suppliers. All of which gave great value and high quality services compared to alternatives we found ourselves. Everyone at the house was polite and conscientious, in fact neighbours have been asking for quotes since. Since moving in we've had a lot of people comment on the great finish of the work they did. The house looks lovely and I would be happy to show others thinking of using them. I have recommended them to my friends and that's about the best compliment I can give.

Leslie carried out the following works: chemical damp injection to walls on rear extension, reroute down-pipe, repair fracture on rear wall, install gutter hedgehog. Hopefully, this will resolve some of the issues we had with damp, a blocked down-pipe and an overflowing gutter. Leslie arrived on time on the first day but was delayed a few hours the next day. However, the work still was done within two days as expected. Thank you!
