We found Nobby about 12 years ago on line for a small extension we were doing in our terraced house, we were so blown away by his ability to communicate with us, bring others in when needed, the site was always swept and tidy and his rates were very reasonable. I have recommend him to several of my friends family and colleagues. Nobby has just completed a two storey extension on the back of our new house and again , was brilliant in every aspect of the job from start to Finnish. Highly recommended.

Rowan was one of the first to respond when I posted my job so we arranged a visit . He is a very pleasant , likeable person . He talked us through the process and explained what would happen at every stage of the project . Although Rowan doesn't live close to us , he made himself available for support and guidance from the start and I knew I could call him with any questions or concerns I had and I did this a few times . Rowan has been in the industry for many years so not only has extensive experience , but he has extensive knowledge of the trade , materials , products and building regulations . Importantly , Rowan is very honest and transparent about the cost of individual products as well as the actual build and if he isn't able to answer a question , he will not give false information but he will again , be honest and tell you he will do his best to find out and get back to you . Ultimately , I would not hesitate to recommend Rowan if you are looking to engage the services of a very professional , experienced and knowledgeable builder who takes pride in his work and will complete your build to an extremely high standard .

Dean provided quote same day he came to view what was required, which was very reasonable; date set quickly for work to be done (albeit delayed for a couple of days by weather). Work was undertaken jointly for my neighbour and I. We are both very happy with the work done. Area was left clean and tidy. Would recommend to others.

Garry Bond Creative Construction EA. Builder and Architectural Designer I engaged Garry to build and be the principal contractor in my bungalow renovation. This included a significant loft conversion; link extension and garage rebuild. I had other builder’s turndown the job due to the complexity around the structural changes required. I was impressed with Garry straight away from our initial telephone conversation. I like to think I am a good judge of character being a professional engineering manager myself. I was right, Garry has and continues to be after 7 months a trustworthy, honest, upfront professional project manager, builder and Architectural drawing specialist. (I have also added a large patio and front driveway with large electric gates to the contract so we can have Garry on site to make sure all the required works are complete before he starts another contract, he drew up plans for the driveway so we could visualise the finished layout etc) As with all builds there has been up and downs. Changes and adjustments to original specification, and milestones. Nothing phases Garry. Any issue is dealt with and he provides options and recommendations too. He organised all his trades including the bricklayers, roofers, electrician, plumbers and plasterers. With weekly updates on what’s happening and why etc to help manage expectations etc. He was even happy to deal with a solar panel install for me which I had arranged myself and fitted in installation with his roofers. My wife and I genuinely feel lucky to have found someone who cares about the standard of work like it was their own house.
