Gelu is hard working and dependent guy, will not fuss about the job like many do, but will crack on with it. Stayed late to finish it at many times. I am quite happy with the finish and work. shower fit, washbasin, toilet, tiling all done to my satisfaction. After seeing the work I asked him to do more like kitchen cabinets and skirtings.

Tommy was a wonderful perfectionist and has done beautiful work in our stairway and hallway which had needed refurbishment for a very long time. It feels brand new. The flooring is perfect both in the hall and staircase, and the walls are now perfectly smooth and painted immaculately. Friendly and accommodating, we will be hiring again for more jobs in the future, undoubtedly. Thank you.

Quite literally the worst tradesman I have ever worked within 25 years as a property developer! He came and quoted to paint my house (a good price I must say), little did I know that this meant he would spray everything that he can see, not prepare the surfaces by sanding them down or protects things. This included door handles, hinges, radiators, alarms sensors, tiles and my own furniture and cooking utensils. First time I confronted him about this he said that we would clean everything, and we agreed to carry own. However, it became apparent that we was doing the same as previously discussed. have paid hi 66% of what was agreed, I quickly realised that the damaged he has caused was going to cost me far more and I told him to leave. The next day he turned up at my house with his wife demanding the balance which I refused to give him, they were both shouting outside my house, threatening to call the police. I eventually agreed to pay the 50% of what was left, just so that they would leave. However, even once he had confirmed writing his acceptance of this, he walks over to me and threatened me one final time, saying that he will take me to court etc, there is god and he will see to me! I advise to stay away from this person, better to pay a little more and work with professionals who don't agree with one thing and do another. He paints using a spray, which means you can not touch anything up and he quite literally paints everything he sees!!

Altun Property stepped into the project very anxiously and positive. The management were very helpful and assist us with the neighbours requirements, as our building is adjacent to a primary school. The project went thoroughly and took some time because it was a big project. Altun Property were very energetic and supportive throughout the work, they didn't object any amendment the project required and extra work needed. We have received several compliments from visitors to our office for the level of work conducted and the quality provided. Commissioning the work to Altun Property helped us heavily as a charity because we were able to save on the overall cost of the work. I would like to express our appreciation for the work conducted and look forward for further work together.

We have chosen Mike to fix the botched work of another builder, although we agreed an initial price, he came back on it twice and added additional cost, which we accepted (since we were in a desperate situation). On top of this he was trying to charge me another £400 for waiting for a couple of hours for a pot of paint which we pushed back and disagreed. The whole attitude towards money is a disgrace, on the day that I have given the team £60 worth of drinks for Christmas, they took home unused materials (which I bought worth £50) and when I questioned it they said they used it after the work was completed???! I would have let it go if the craft ship was good, but it isn’t, we have noticed unfinished work at some places (silicone half done, grout not done in some places, staircase with gaps) and after a few messages, he isn’t responding. My advice (if you are still going with him) have it all in writing, ask for a breakdown(he wouldn’t give us one) keep an eye on any materials you provide them and finally don’t pay them until you double check every single corner. I wouldn’t recommend them to my friends and family
