Delighted! Roy listened to exactly what I wanted,communicated very well with me and the finish was first class. Roy worked through storm Ciara then storm Dennis in the wind and rain, started 8am every morning , was very professional,tidy and polite too. I won't use any other builder now. The job was to replace what originally were external 1970s upvc french doors and side windows with new bespoke internal wooden windows and bi-fold doors, replace old external tiled and internal plastic windowsills with wooden, bringing both up to the same level. Rhodri found a solution for every problem he encountered during this job and I can't express how pleased I am
