I am disappointed that I did not put a review on the website at the time. Our experience with Steve and the team was excellent from start to finish. Keen to do the job and always full of good ideas and suggestions. Complete focus on our work outside of when sub-contractors needed the space and always explained. Pride in job and site excellent with cleaning undertaken daily as far as possible. Came in on time and in budget too. Would thoroughly recommend and know of a close neighbour who was delighted with our recommendation. Sub-contractors used good too particularly the plasterers.

Latest review:Extensions-Bhupinder is a very nice person, it's very easy to talk to him. He gives particular attention to customers needs and goes extra mile to ensure that we are satisfied with the results. No pressure of advance deposit etc, he takes payments after work is completed. Our work is currently in progress and so far project is on time, hopefully project will be completed on time as scheduled. His previous customers talk highly about him and he is known to provide good after customer service if needed.

Latest review:Extensions-Overall I am happy with the how the extension turned out. Maninderdeep is very pleasant to work with, his communication is very good, is very approachable - I was able to ask questions throughout the process. Importantly, he had good communication with building control, making the bookings and attending to site inspections as needed. Couple of things to highlight how hard working and diligent the team were: We do not have direct access to our front garden so any materials and site clearance had to be carried across a public pathway and green space. There were no complaints above this, just a positive can-do attitude to get the job done. The job was complete in roughly 3.5 months through persistent winter rain. As above, this wasn't easy when it came carrying materials and for site clearance. The team also showed good flexibility. I added some extra work along the way and the were able to accommodate this at a fair price. Quality of workmanship was good. Few hiccups along the way which can happen on any build but you can be very open with the team and they would rectify as needed. Price wise - I found them to be mid-range from all the quotes I received which is fair for the quality of their work and how efficient they were. I will definitely be using Provision for future planned works. Thank you to Maninderdeep and the team !

Very impressive command of skills across tiling, rendering, plastering, flooring, window replacement, brickwork, plumbing, and demolition work! All finished with a very high quality and attention to detail. Andrei also showed a great knowledge of the old British houses and came up with very useful suggestions throughout the work. Overall, highly recommended!
We had the best experience with Paul and team from the beginning and would 100% recommend him for any job. From the beginning the communication was great, he gave a quote and then didn't chase us for an answer as there was a couple months in between before we confirmed. Once confirmed, he booked a date in. Tim and James turned up at 7.45am every morning, lovely guys who got on with the job and were always polite and friendly. They were also extremely clean and tied up everything as it was before they left. So happy with the finished job and definitely use again for any further work. Thanks Paul, Tim and James!

Latest review:Extensions-Happy with the quality of work and team was very friendly, everyday leaving the house livable for me and my wife while work was ongoing. Sohail offered good advice throughout the project and ended with shell completed after 8 weeks. Definitely reccomend getting a digger for excavation as we started building walls after 6 days, very fast! There were some minor delays as there are multiple projects going on in parallel, fitting in with timelines which is understandable as the team is very experienced and in high demand. Snag fixes were done promptly and all work signed off with building control. I would happily work with Sohail & team again, they have left the job with another satisfied customer - I think they turned out to be the best people to do the job, highly reccomend!

Latest review:Extensions-We had the most fantastic experience with Sarunas. He was highly professional from start to finish and completed the work to the highest standard. We extended our project significantly once we realised how excellent he was and he has now renovated our whole home over an 18 month period. He was able to guide us through the process and help us make key decisions which made the experience smooth and efficient. He is extremely skilled in all aspects of building, has high attention to detail and is a pleasure to have in your home! I couldn't recommend him higher and look forward to having him back in future to convert our loft!
