Reding all different drawings and applying this on site. I also worked on tools like a carpenter, rsj installer, ground work like underpinning, slabs, first and second fix all sort of carpentry and handy man. Partiion, door installation, roof work, roof dormers, lofts, kitchen installation,floor installation, skirting etc. I have an humongous knowledge and experience on most of building work on general, Any work is good for me big or small.

Really pleased I chose Leigh Matthews for this job. We were taking over a building that was unoccupied for 18 months and there were some issues with that, The team were excellent, and they finished the 4-week job on time, and right on budget. They were helpful and considerate and left the premises clean and tidy. They were also able to help out with some problems with the plumbing that were not in the original scope. I loved the way they did the estimate and the invoicing. Breaking all the items down into the individual tasks and at the end of each week, itemising which tasks were complete and a %age on those in progress. I would not hesitate to employ them again

Bogdan himself is extremely knowledgable and his years of experience in industry is clear to see, which makes choosing him great value for money. Before and during the project he offered solutions that we hadn't considered and the would in fact save us money and be of benefit to us in the future. His team is punctual, reliable, diligent, speedy and clean! They take pride in their work which has led to a highly satisfactory work in the final build. Bogdan also has great connections to third parties (e.g. to flooring and curtains/blinds providers) which is very valuable, especially when trying to coordinate different aspects and timings of a full house redecoration. His quotes and payment structures are fair, clear and concise which is also very helpful. His communication is excellent too. All in all, Bogdan's great work took away a huge amount of stress during these projects. I would highly recommend Bogdan and his team for any prospective works someone is considering.

If you are not sure about needing a new roof we can inspect roofs for leaks, cracks or other damage to perform necessary repairs. Our equipment is up to date with new roofing materials and best practices. Physical fitness is a key towards this job and this is a key skill all our staff have they are all very strong, heavy items can be lifted. My knowledge on this job is key and accurate as I have been roofing for 23 years. I have a familiarity with different roofing materials, also experience with this job. I have excellent communication skills as I am always collaborating with staff or clients about work.
