Both Terry and Jason were excellent. They arrived early and the repair to the roof panels as well as the rendering was completed to a very high standard. They were tidy leaving no mess with all rubbish carefully bagged up. Terry has even offered to return to rectify a couple of other minor things he has spotted on the basis of charging just for materials. I would definitely recommend Sandon Oak to others.

Scott submitted a detailed quotation and met it without hidden extras. He and the team of Lee and Bob were friendly, personable and willing to help with any questions or issues that arose during the build. The work was carried out in a timely fashion, as promised, and was of a high standard. The team made appropriate provision to protect the public during the build process and were prepared to spend time each day tidying the worksite before leaving - even in some rather poor weather conditions! I would recommend others to consider Scott and his team.

Could not be happier with our pergola that Draper Building Contractors built! We got exactly what we asked for. They were punctual, and respectful and worked really hard - barely stopping for a break. I'm well known in our house for never being 100% happy with any building work that's been done, there's always something not quite right, but I can honestly say I can't find one thing to criticise with this job! And I have looked! I will be recommending them to everyone and will definitely use them again. 5 star rating from me.

We are renovating our house. Pete has knocked walls down, built new internal walls, hung doors, laid a wood floor, put down new skirting boards and best of all built and created my lovely new kitchen and utility room. I cannot fault his workmanship it is of an excellent and very high standard. He is very efficient and always turns up when he says he will be there. Nick and his team have done an amazing job. We have been thrilled with the entire service from start to finish, all the guys have been so helpful, kind, professional and tidy! They have worked so hard during the build and always given advice or recommendations and worked with us to ensure we got the most fabulous space that suited our family. Our new kitchen extension is just beautiful and the project was so well managed due to the experience and knowledge of MBS.
