What a great experience we had with Louis. He is honest and gets the job done efficiently with great attention to detail. He did such a good job with our terrace. We had some problems that really needed a professional solution and Louis planned and executed it brilliantly. Instead of looking for excuses for things that could be a problem Louis had a great solution for everything we came across and was positive the whole time. Would highly recommend Louis, we already have him booked in for more jobs.

If I could give 0! Surrey Hills Extend and Renovate Limited is a company which is a scammer. Thye have scammed 80 Plus people. Do not use them. Now thye have declined to start workk and the Directors are going for Voluntary Liquidation after taking away millions. MyBuilder should have vetted the company before putting on their site

We choose Surrey Build & Maintain because we felt like Dan and the team really listened to our vision for the extension and shared the desire to produce something that would be an amazing improvement to our house. As with any build, there were many hurdles to overcome. Dan and the team were always there on hand to deal with challenges and overcome them in a professional and experienced fashion. We really felt that Dan was on our side and was able to find numerous ways to improve the project as well as saving money by assisting to redesign the structural plans as they were unnecessarily overzealous. The team was punctual and hard-working, often working on weekends to increase the rate of construction. We stayed at the house during the build and Dan made every effort to make the impact on us as minimal as possible, laying dust sheets, cleaning up each day and keeping a temporary kitchen available to us during the project. We took advice on key features like doors and windows from Dan during the build and absolutely loved his design input. The end result is fantastic and we barely use any other room in the house! Since Dan began the kitchen extension we have also employed Surrey Build to overhaul our bathroom as well. Highly recommended!

My previous bathroom fitters did a very bad job with the bathroom and cloakroom toilet and left it unfinished. I am so glad I went with JM Building service as Joe and Martin completely transformed both rooms. They rectified the previous fitters errors and completed the rooms. Joe didn’t just rush through the job to get it done quickly—he took his time, ensuring every detail was finished to a high standard. He worked meticulously, making adjustments until everything looked exactly as it should, rather than settling for ‘good enough.’ His dedication to quality and precision was evident throughout, and the end result speaks for itself. As well as being very good at what they do, they are friendly, reliable, trustworthy and hardworking. I have already booked them in for another job and requested a quote for another.
