It was a time challenge for me to move to newly purchased house as my rental agreement was due. I got Saby from personal reference. All home colour, wiring, removing old big boiler, water tank and rerouting of all pipe work. Roof repair , new two en suites construction, whole IKEA kitchen. He delivered as per our expectation and design in 8 weeks. No time waste and all material he arranged. I am very happy the way he professionally handled the work and delivered on time. I would recommend him. Make sure your design is ready and perfect. Discuss with him before start and avoid changes for best results.

The job was more than a standard plaster job it was a complete refurbishment of the dining room with the new flooring extending into the hallway. Ionut did an amazing job his attention to detail is first rate I have used quite a few builders over the years and I can honestly say Ionut impressed me the most. He is hardworking, meticulous to detail, tidy and goes above and beyond the job that has been agreed. An example of this was him deciding to hide all loose wiring while he was doing the skirting which has made things much more tidy and also doing new flooring and skirting under the stairs without me asking. He wrapped everything in plastic during the job (radiators, doors, light sockets etc) no plasterer I have used before took that much care in protecting things during plastering which as we know is a very messy job. We will be recommending to all our friends and in the future he will be the first contact if we need any more building work. 100 percent recommend his services and thank you Ionut for the job you have done for us

Very please. Small but awkward job, painting an outside steel roof. Provided quote based on my description and photographs, offered to do the job promptly and completed the job while I was away. Alex did what I asked and did a great job installing the awning. He also installed a metal shed and put up a beam to cover part of a wall. Overall, the work was good, although a few small details were missed in the shed, which seemed to be due to a lack of attention to detail. I found the price a little expensive, but overall I’m happy

I am so pleased that to have hired Demiri construction company because they did am amazing professional job right from the start . Communication was clear asked for very specific information and provided clear terms and conditions . The quality of the job is excellent and the attitude of the workers is great, very polite and explained things well provided all necessary details including payment terms on completion of the job . No task was too hard for them. They also provided advice regarding adjustments to the original plans which was very helpful .
