Absolute waste of time and energy. Arrange a date and time on multiple occasions and failed to how up and then blocked me. Waste all my time sending docs and travelling to the property (1 hour each way) to meet him. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I used the firm's services to build an extension. Darek himself seems to be a hardworking and reliable individual. Problem is - he surrounded himself by some not very professional people, including close family members, who make things much worse for him. The other problem was that most of his team members do not seem to have much loyalty to the firm and are ready to jump to a different job any time. We had a terrible delays with our project and some things we had to completely re-do using 3rd party services. If you can ensure Darek is 100% committed to your job - could be a good project, if not - please await problems (just like I had)...

Nanad and his team have been wonderful from day one. We have had them with us a number of weeks doing all the jobs they quoted for and more, they are fast efficient and courteous of the fact we lived in for a lot of the work. Everything has been finished to a great standard and we are thrilled with our house which has been completely transformed. We have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so and hopefully have them back in future. Every customer has always come back as they loved the service and the outcome of the job. All staff are very polite and friendly, everyone collaborates with other team members. New roofs can be installed on residential and commercial buildings, following industry standards safety guidelines. If you are not sure about needing a new roof we can inspect roofs for leaks, cracks or other damage to perform necessary repairs. Our equipment is up to date with new roofing materials and best practices. Physical fitness is a key towards this job and this is a key skill all our staff have they are all very strong, heavy items can be lifted. My knowledge on this job is key and accurate as I have been roofing for 23 years. I have a familiarity with different roofing materials, also experience with this job. I have excellent communication skills as I am always collaborating with staff or clients about work.

Jacob was very accommodating and flexible. His team were great and he completed the work nicely. There was some splatter from the cementing on to my neighbour's wall. He tried to clean it off but it wouldn't all come off. Therefore, he went out and bought some paint and repainted their wall. I would get him back for more work without hesitation. When looking for a builder - they have to be honest, work hard and to an excellent quality without cutting corners. They should be responsible to ensure neighbours property isn't damaged and provide consultancy as what we want and want is realistic can differ significantly! - and if any issues rectify them once the job is complete and of course provide good after sales. I have used several builders over the years - very few tick all of the above boxes. Jacob certainly does.

PM Building epitomise what a modern day, professional building firm should aspire to be. Transparent pricing, a friendly team working 6, sometimes 7 days a week to get the job done quickly, an eye for detail and very high standard of final finish. All comms and the overall work is run through Bart, who answers to phone, text or email quickly and frequently outside normal working hours. This is ideal if you work during the day and cannot be around to oversee things directly. We also got PM Building to make us a bespoke kitchen, again very high quality and millimetre perfect. If I had to find some negatives, they are not the cheapest company you could find, but there again you get what you pay for; also, we developed a few issues with some retaining walls in the garden, however, they returned when I contacted them long after the work had finished and fixed them! All in all, an excellent, honest and professional company to deal with. I would, and have, recommended them to friends...nuff said.

Sohail worked closely with me on this project. Providing detailed costings, work schedules and build timelines. Filling my knowledge gaps with his extensive experience he was able to assist over and beyond what I expected from him. Unfortunately due to circumstances out of my control this development project didn’t go ahead. However when the next opportunity for a new build comes up I will definitely be using Rose and Stone. I did have another job going at the time where the other builder badly let me down and left me with a big problem on my hands…. Sohail and his team stepped in and took on the project. The team finished the job exceptionally well, which was a full on top to bottom conversion, some internal reconfigurations and with the addition of a loft and new downstairs WC. The workmanship and overall quality of the job was excellent. My wife is over the moon with the results, taking the house from a three bed one bathroom to a four bed 3 bathroom house. We would definitely recommend Rose and Stone for this type of extensive refurbishment/loft conversion work and look forward to working with them in the future on bigger development projects.
