Orgert Myrta and his highly skilled team did an exceptional job renovating our Victorian terrace house in under 8 weeks. On meeting Orgert, his warm, friendly and professional manner was reassuring. I immediately thought he was someone I could work with. His initial assessment of our house, he advised on best possible solutions to achieve our aims within budget. He invited me to visit the homes of his recent previous clients & obtain their feedback, which I did. Visiting two clients, they both spoke highly of Orgert & his team, sharing their positive experience and how Orgert has since completed work on their neighbours homes & family members homes too. Judging by the quality of work completed in both client's properties, I knew Orgert was the right builder for me. Responsive & prompt throughout, good communication, providing weekly status updates, even advising on where to source great deals on second fitting items saving us money. To say we are pleased with how well the project has gone & level of workmanship is an understatement! Without hesitation we highly recommend Orgert & his team, who since finishing our house are now doing work on my relatives house. The project lasted from July 2023 to Feb 2024 and comprised of: 1. Single story rear extension with new kitchen and underfloor heating 2. 75m2 patio 3. Internal reconfiguration including removal / installation of walls, new flooring, plumbing (including new boiler), new door frames, doors and skirting, redecoration, carpentry for cupboards 4. Ventilation of existing roof The team are both friendly and professional with Alin always on hand to manage any questions / situations as they arise. The work is clearly costed and every two weeks a valuation takes place to ensure transparency of work undertaken both in original scope and any extras. The quality of the build was excellent, something the building inspector commented on. Alin was recommended to me based on past work, and I in turn would highly recommend him.

I used the firm's services to build an extension. Darek himself seems to be a hardworking and reliable individual. Problem is - he surrounded himself by some not very professional people, including close family members, who make things much worse for him. The other problem was that most of his team members do not seem to have much loyalty to the firm and are ready to jump to a different job any time. We had a terrible delays with our project and some things we had to completely re-do using 3rd party services. If you can ensure Darek is 100% committed to your job - could be a good project, if not - please await problems (just like I had)...
