Hired John and team to do re-vamp on my bathroom and wet room, wet room will be started on in new year. John listened to all my thoughts on what I wanted to achieve on my budget, he came back with some lovely suggestions that have given me a better look then I could of imagined possible, while sticking to my budget.They arrived when they said they would. The job was completed in the time scale given, to a very high standard of craftmanship with full consideration given to myself and my property. All mess was cleared up and left tidy.I would recommend them to anyone and can not wait to get started on the wet room.Thank you so much John and team

Having terminated a contract with a builder for a garden room because of unsatisfactory workmanship and overrun on the completion date we needed a builder quickly. Adrian Greenmore was recommended to us by a friend . Within a day Adrian had come, assessed the work needed. We were given a clear comprehensive quotation and a draft contract. Work started and finished within the contract period. Sub-contract work was arranged and available for use more quickly than was expected. Adrian and his employees worked hard and efficiently. Some detailed work was done to a very high standard. It was always a pleasure to have them on site being polite and considerate. There were a couple of occasions when they were needed elsewhere. We were always told in advance and when they would be back ; usual no more than one or two days. Therefore we were never left wondering about 'disappearing builders'. When finished the work was passed by our architect and planning officer who was very pleased with the way the new-build jelled with the house and environment. The final invoice was as expected with no hidden costs. It was detailed and clear making everything much easier to understand. Both my wife and I would have no hesitation in recommending Adrian Greenmore to potential customers. We feel that we were given quality and, above all, a lack of hassle and frustration. We would be willing to allow inspection of the building with, of course appropriate warning.

From the time of a very fair quote to the completion of my garden wall the experience with David was exemplary. David is a meticulous, hard worker that always arrived on time. Neil was very helpful from then outset. Having provided some very useful input while assessing the job, he provided a reasonable quotation pretty quickly. Once awarded the job he turned up as expected and worked solidly throughout. His work was very good and he kept the work area clean and tidy. He was also willing to operate a digger mid way through the job when some additional earth removal was required. There was no drama and working with Neil was very easy. A really friendly but unimposing guy. Thanks Neil - I'll certainly pass your details on to anyone who needs any block or brick work doing and will certainly call if I have other similar work.

Good builder and worked hard but doesn't seem to care about issues arising post the job, even though was promised inevitable post-completion issues would be rectified as part of service. High levels of craftsmanship and problem solving during the job - can't be faulted. Ours was a significant redevelopment of a terrace house and he handled the project well. A few issues with budget management but that was resolved - down to better communication. Was happy with the high standard of the job on completion but let down by zero communication to resolve issues post the job.
