The work I employed Steve to do was to remove a crumbling rendered front garden wall and replace it with a red and grey brick wall with matching pillars on either end. Steve was a friendly, reliable, honest and hardworking tradesman. I have been so impressed with his quality and high standard of work I have employed him again in the fitting of a couple of double glazed windows and to fit a French patio door in the house. I would recommend Steve to anyone who wants a good quality, clean and tidy tradesman.

He visited the property at the agreed time, and gave a thorough and detailed analysis of extra problems I had not forseen. He emailed a very reasonable quote the same day. The team started work within a week after I accepted the quote. They worked unobtrusively, doing a thorough job, explaining at the end of each day what had been done, and explaining the next stage. I would highly recommend Greg (Penco Builders) for any work you're considering. His team worked like trojans ensuring very tight deadlines are adhered to at the highest standard. The only thing I regret is not finding Greg earlier to help me with my drawings and visual concepts. When I first started out I hired an architect to do this for me so the builder knew immediately what was required. The architect was a complete waste of time not listening to the brief or budget or visually demonstrating what the finished concept might look like. When I met Greg within 24-48hrs he amended my drawings to exactly what I wanted and more importantly suggested realistic ideas to make it even better!!
