Great work by Luke and all his team. The work is to a really high standard and aesthetically pleasing. Luke's attention to detail is second to none. His brickwork is amazing. He listens to any questions or concerns and makes sure that he answers and resolves them. The finished product is way beyond what we had expected. The site was managed well and all members of the team were respectful and they worked well together. I am extremely happy with Jim and team's work. Their work is of high quality and they give attention to details too. I received a lot of positive feedback from friends/family on the extension work they have done. I can confidently say that he's delivered a quality work for a very reasonable price. Jim consulted us throughout the building process making sure we're happy with the decisions. If he found out anything outside the project work, he'd inform and fix it. I agreed to carry out some additional work including front side rendering, bathroom refurbishment and changing some internal doors. He completed all additional work timely and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Jim for any building work. I'll be going with Jim for any building project in the future.

After much deliberation, I picked Daron and his crew for our job. From start he was very flexible, honest and accommodating. We quickly understood each other. His crew showed up when agreed and hit the ground running. The shell for our side extension was up in 4 weeks, quicker than expected. Quality of work was really good. As I am now taking over to finish the job, I also really appreciated that both Daron and his guys were more than happy to discuss next steps, or how to do some of the things. Also, if I get stuck I know I will be able to give them a ring and get them booked in to complete some of the items. It was a real pleasure working with them all, and should I have another job come up, I will not hesitate to call them again.

Overall I am happy with the how the extension turned out. Maninderdeep is very pleasant to work with, his communication is very good, is very approachable - I was able to ask questions throughout the process. Importantly, he had good communication with building control, making the bookings and attending to site inspections as needed. Couple of things to highlight how hard working and diligent the team were: We do not have direct access to our front garden so any materials and site clearance had to be carried across a public pathway and green space. There were no complaints above this, just a positive can-do attitude to get the job done. The job was complete in roughly 3.5 months through persistent winter rain. As above, this wasn't easy when it came carrying materials and for site clearance. The team also showed good flexibility. I added some extra work along the way and the were able to accommodate this at a fair price. Quality of workmanship was good. Few hiccups along the way which can happen on any build but you can be very open with the team and they would rectify as needed. Price wise - I found them to be mid-range from all the quotes I received which is fair for the quality of their work and how efficient they were. Quotes were provided and the job was agreed upon. The project involved a full house restructuring and extension build. However, after several stages of work, communication with Jas was lost, and his co-worker took the lead on site. Several issues arose, such as recommending smart plumbing equipment for purchase, but their plumbers were unable to install it. The tiling, skirtings, and tiles were not completed. Tiles around the columns were cracked. After Jas's team abandoned the project, another plumber had to install all the remaining items. The job was left unfinished, and we had to find alternative contractors to complete it. Significant time and money were wasted due to persistent communication problems, failure to issue invoices, and numerous other issues. Eventually, Jas and his main labourer stopped responding and disappeared, ignoring phone calls and WhatsApp messages. Ricky completed a porch for me including the following work: Built an enclosed porch with sky light Refurbished the WC next to the front door Block paved the front garden Painted the hallway and doors I found him to be very approachable and flexible to changing requirements. He was competitive from the outset and honest on his cost estimates. As with all builders the time taken is longer than stated and you have to supervise the work closely to make sure you're happy with the progress but that aside I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or use his services again. edit: Shoddy workmanship now showing through as block paving has all cracked as they didn't lay appropriate base. I met with several builders to discuss my over garage extension but after having spoken with Tom I knew within a couple of minutes that he was the one I would choose to do the work. He had everything planned out and was so organised that I immediately felt reassured. All Tom’s builders were extremely hard working but also friendly and kept any disruption to a minimum. Tom was excellent with his response to any queries with immediate reply and solution. We now have two amazing new rooms which will make a big difference to our family.
