We had to renovate our living room completely and had the absolute best experience with David and his crew. From removing 2 chimneys, wallpaper, ceiling, flooring, to installing new ceiling, plastering, painting, and new flooring, David and his crew completed the whole lot in such good work. Was in communication with us the whole time, extended his advice and ideas on things, completed jobs that we did not even request out of kindess. Work completed was immaculate and to such high standard. Definitely recommend and will be contacting David for further jobs!

Had confirmed I would take a day off for the job. Received a text on the day at the time he was meant to come saying van had broken down and could not come. Then offered to send a friend to do the job. Waste of a day and spent morning running around buying the equipment. If the van did really break down then that’s a fair excuse. Negative experience from my end.

I had the pleasure of working with Habib on the renovation of my house. My review of his work during renovation: 1- He has done excellent job in rewiring the house. he segmented each floor and kitchen and put them on separate ring, he expanded consumer box for future growth as well as installing wired smoke and security alarms 2,3 - He fitted pipe and installed unvented cylinder system with water softener perfectly including multiple heating control zones which I can control each floor individually (I love it). 4- he built a beautiful and prefect extension in garden, he considered all building regulations such as structural integrity, fire safety, energy efficiency, damp proofing, ventilation and other key aspects that ensure a building is safe. In addition to above he has very good personality and he is approachable to discuss changes or add new tasks to job (unlike some builders whom don’t like it). Throughout the course of the renovation, Habib was a consummate professional. He was accurate in his initial assessment of the scale and cost of my project. Good work takes time to complete. Patience is required when you work with a perfectionist. Although my project took time to complete, I have a wonderful outcome and a work of art now. On a cold November evening, Tony and his team turned up to provide a quote and within a week this was received. The quoted price came in the middle of the pile, which was a good start and aligned closely to the ballpark figure I'd received from a friend who was also in the trade. We then visited a site they were finishing off, and Tony had the confidence to ask us to speak to the client without him there and they gave us the confidence to proceed. They started in January 2020 and rapidly moved through the works and engaged closely with my architect, Structural engineer and building control and proceeded based on their recommendations strictly. We lived in the property as build progressed and the team ensured that the site was secure every evening and we were safe. As COVID-19 hit and we went into Lockdown, the team continued to come and work (we were separated from them as the house was boarded up) and the only challenge was getting supplies. Tony scoured all over London, picking up items as best as he could and work continued. Once they'd broken through into the old part of the house they continued to progress rapidly and showed utter professionalism. The team lead's attention to detail is impressive, and he gave great recommendations on what would be the right approach when we were laying out features such as window sizing and lighting. The standard of work is excellent and I would highly recommend them.

Excellent work with the garden office/gym. Finished really nicely and exactly what we were looking for. Took quite a while but well worth the wait. We requested a labour quote and worked with Alf on a receipts basis for material and other costs. This worked out perfectly for us both. Alf's initial estimate of the materials cost was virtually spot on, which is very impressive given the inflation rate for building materials. Thanks again for all your hard work!

Luke and Diti are both amazing guys for this project. Honestly speaking they aren't the cheapest quote, but they are definitely beyond expectations. Luke was the only builder who gave a full transparent quote on each item and what was needed for the conversion. Really quick work and good planning because I have 2 cats and they did everything with enough people onsite to minimise the time. Speaking of work, it is good, we kept in communication and they were always happy to explain and adjust slightly according to my concern/question. Leave this comment after the work has been done for few months and everything is solid.

I hired DS Developments to completely landscape my small front garden. This involved clearing and levelling the area; moving and re-securing a bike shed; laying a patio and lawn; and a number of finishing touches. The area went from somewhat of an embarrassing eye-sore to an area of pride. One that several neighbours have already made compliments about. David provided a professional service from start to finish. His quote was more than I expected, but his knowledge and vision gave me the confidence to select his services. He provided a selection of options and stuck to budget; adapted well to new ideas/suggestions; and informed in advance where the cost would be impacted.
