Great professional and reliable service from Easy Solution. Waqar called me ASAP and arranged to see my bathroom. He came within 1 hour to see the job and gave me an affordable and good quote. He was available to start work immediately. Waqar also suggested the colour of tiles that would suit the bathroom and made some very good recommendations on where i could purchase them at a decent price. My work was done to a high standards. Tiles are neatly put together with grout and they are looking amazing! I had some many relatives comment on them and i have recommended Waqar to them all as i was so satisfied with his service and professionalism in my property. I will be using him always in future. Overall, I’m very pleased with the work Marin has carried out for us and I’m currently in the process of instructing him to do more work. Marin built a high spec cedar shed for us with electrics and plumbing, some brickwork and laid composite decking. Marin came across, honest and reliable, which in itself is rare. He was on site most mornings to make sure his tradesmen were on the right tracks. Like with a lot of these things there were some issues along the way and I was highly impressed by Marin’s ‘no quibble’ approach to rectify any problems. I myself have a high attention to detail and am quite indecisive (nightmare client) and Marin was happy to work with me with changes to the project without incurring extra costs.

We did a lot of research ahead of our loft build, and spoke to customers of the companies we looked at. We were impressed with Toma and her team from the outset, especially in terms of clarity and communication. We sat down with the project team at the start and walked through the week-by-week plan for our build, then a whatsapp group and weekly meets meant we knew exactly what was happening throughout. Our endless questions were responded to swiftly. Additional optional trade-ups (eg top-hung windows, larger bathroom window etc) were discussed and explained with context, sound advice (and clear pricing where nec) but always still optional. Toma's communication with the teams also seemed strong and continuous, with materials always arriving in time and ahead of when needed, no down-days etc - and importantly, the teams all seemed happy and were just lovely people to have around. I realise with hindsight too that the team's care and workmanship really put them a cut above many others in my area and the project remained on schedule. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ICS for the whole package and in fact we've also chosen to use them again for a kitchen extension.

Leslie carried out the following works: chemical damp injection to walls on rear extension, reroute down-pipe, repair fracture on rear wall, install gutter hedgehog. Hopefully, this will resolve some of the issues we had with damp, a blocked down-pipe and an overflowing gutter. Leslie arrived on time on the first day but was delayed a few hours the next day. However, the work still was done within two days as expected. Thank you!
