As per the previous reviewer I don't usually hire tradesmen when there is only limited feedback, but given the glowing report I took the risk. And it proved to be a great decision. Astrit was great - clear communication, arrived when he said he would, sought our opinions on the key decisions and gave some great advice, before ultimately doing a great job for a reasonable price. AVOID. What was quoted as a simple 12-day project turned into a multi-month ordeal requiring constant chasing, while he pressured me to pay 80% upfront for barely 20% of the work completed. Unreliable: - Never stuck to agreed schedules; showed up at random times for a few hours or not at all. - Left materials dumped on the public pavement and communal garden, causing a nuisance. - Required me to personally manage and receive material deliveries. - Left pile-ups of rubbish in communal areas, which he only cleaned up after I refused to release final payment until it was cleared. Substandard work: - fence slats were noticeably warped from Day 1. - tiles thinner than specified in the original quote. - agreed raised flower bed never built. - custom built-in storage unit leaks, interior completely rotten and covered in mold just weeks after completion. - he made false promises that he would come back to inspect and fix his defective work to completely disappear

The original job for a bathroom renovation turned into a much bigger job. Raphael and his team ended up helping design and renovate the bathroom, bedroom, living room and hallway. The team helped us source all the materials including underfloor heating and an incredibly intricate mosaic tiled floor in the hallway. They provided practical advise about what was best for the space, what would work within our budget and what would be easy to live with. For example, the team installed underfloor heating in the living room using wood effect herringbone ceramic tiles which would help get the maximum efficiency out of the underfloor heating whilst giving us the wooden flooring look we desired. Raphael and the team were excellent throughout delivering high quality work and we were more than happy with the final results. I would highly recommend Raph and his team.

Jake and Harry did an amazing job with our front wall and fence in the rear garden. We got three quotes for the job and they were the cheapest but also came across professionally. It wasn't a straight forward job, it was was using reclaimed materials that were varying size and shapes. I was also quite particular on the look, I wanted the brickwork to match our house, they took care to match the pointing and bricks but offered advice on how we could save money whist still getting the look we wanted. They arrived everyday on time, they were reliable, honest and extremely hardworking. They also kept us in the loop throughout the work making sure we were going to be happy with the end result. I have already recommended them to friends and will use them again for our next project. Thumbs up from us!
