I had Panesar Builders build a dormer extension garden room and a bedroom above the garage around two years ago. I deliberately waited before writing a review to be sure there were no hidden issues — and I can happily say everything has held up perfectly. ionut danciu did a very good job of building the concrete base and summer house. It was not the easiest of tasks as he had to carry all the sand and concrete through the house but did it happily. Would definitely recommend for any building work.

We are not entirely satisfied with Ludovic's work. Some of the tiles were not cut to the correct messurement which left big gaps in between. Worse still, the grouting was very messy and did not have a smooth finish. We will now have to get another Tiler to redo some of the tiling work. Overall, it was not a professional job and we are not very happy with his workmanship.

We posted our building project on MyBuilder for the construction of a new outbuilding. We received a number of responses and quotes and selected EDSS Ltd. My elderly mother had used EDSS Ltd previously to do a number of renovations to her house and we found EDSS Ltd’s quote competitive and fully broken down. The work completed to date has been high quality with a high level of attention to detail. Stefan and his team managed the project from start to finish. This has included liaising with building control and other parties. We did not have to worry about any detail and Stefan always goes the extra mile to reduce any inconvenience. Stefan and his team were reliable, hardworking, approachable and always willing to discuss any questions we had during the build. The work was completed to a very high standard and we were kept informed throughout the project. We have no reservations in recommending EDSS Ltd and are happy for customers to see the work.
