I decided to have an annexe built on the side of my house. Contacted Tom as was recommended through a friend. I left the job in Toms hands, ordering materials, diggers and scheduling deliveries like the concrete pours, and arranging visits from building control. I was very happy with Toms work, very punctual, trustworthy, work was done to a high standard in a good time frame. Was lovely to watch the job evolve as I work away all week. Building control were very happy with his work and signed the job off without any issues. I would highly recommend Tom for his knowledge and expertise. Great contractor and we have no hesitation is recommended them for hard and soft landscaping, internal alterations and general building work. They worked along side the other contractors coordinating the works, kept the working areas clean and tidy, liaised with the neighbours and took on the changes we made and all at a very competitive cost. We definitely be using them again.

I worked for a timber framing firm for 3 years and received my level 2 NVQ in Carpentry and Joinery from West Suffolk college. After I received my level 2 I went self employed doing subcontracting and private work where I learnt a variety of different skills from making bespoke French doors with oak framing to fitting trussed roofing. I’m very confident in my experience and I’m always eager to learn from others or try things I’m not too knowledgeable in as I love a challenge. I’ve done most aspects of carpentry including A lot of Joinery, 1st and 2nd fix. I also started my career in construction as a ground worker where I learnt a few aspects from that as well such as Fencing, slabbing, trenching and curbing.
