We hired Tom and dan from unique build to take on our extension/kitchen remodel along with a few smaller refurbishment jobs around the house. They guys priced the job from the drawings and was cheaper then the 2 local builders we was recommended by friends and also seemed to really no there stuff so we hired them for the job. There team worked really hard and kept to all dead lines and was clean and tidy. Toms team ranging from bricklayers to heat engineers and electricans was so efficient and all worked seamlessly together to get the job done on time and to budget we can’t recommend them enough and wouldn’t go to any one else for building works. It’s a shame we can’t post picture of the work the guys have done as it really does look the part well done guys.

Excellent excellent builder. I can not recommend MAS Development Solutions highly enough. Initially I hired him to finish off some plastering work that another builder let me down on. In the end because of the flawless job he did, his fantastic attitude and great rates I invited him to do the refurb work on the whole house which included, plastering, tiling, bathroom fit, kitchen fit, wooden flooring, prepping a fireplace, rendering, removing a wall and fitting a new window. I'm happy to provide photos and more details for anyone that is interested. Matt went above and beyond what was asked of him, arriving early, working late, making helpful suggestions and picking items up for me. I'm so pleased to have a builder I can trust that does excellent work, with the right attitude at the right price.

Always a concern hiring someone you don’t know, but from the beginning Charlie has been excellent with communication and job started on time and finished on time. The guys were polite to our neighbour and very careful whilst using her access for our job. Very well priced and they were content to take the job on with difficult access where others clearly priced themselves out of the job or let us down. Would highly recommend.
