George came to do up our hallway. He laid flooring and installed new spindles and a handrail on our stairs too. He did a wonderful job on the whole lot and we were very happy with him. We were awkward and changed our mind on the first laminate flooring that I had picked out online, he ripped it up and started again with the new flooring we picked and it was no hassle to him. George is a lovely fella, trustworthy and professional. Would highly recommend

He truly showed professionalism that I had struggled as a guest house operator to get from handy people. He would go out of his way to satisfy. The finished redecorated room project was a masterpiece and took a little longer than planned because of the weather but he gave it his all! I am pleased I took a chance on him as there was no review on his profile when I hired him. I would however, pay attention to work and point out issues as they come up otherwise, you will have dirt and rubbish to content with as the workers leave all the mess after work.

He was good on price for the first inspection and attended as agreed. However, I was less happy with the remedial quote. Several items quoted did not appear to be needed, while some items that did need attention were not included. Overall, fine for the inspection, but I would have preferred a more accurate and practical quote for the follow-up work.

A Total disappointment Ricky agreed to install a porch and roofing. He advised us to install new pvc doors agreeing to fit the roof after. This started mid November with a promise to be completed before Christmas. On his instruction we paid other workers to complete the preparation works and then the morning of the Job he sent a text message advising that he will no longer be able to attend the job. Thankfully we were able to find a local reputable roofer -plasterer-tiler who completed the work to a very high standard I feel very let down as I had put total trust in his promise to complete the work. Unfortunately based on this I cannot confidently recommend Ricky to a friend family, or anyone else.
