Contracted to provide options for a new garage office and storage solution. They turned up promptly and were very polite and professional. Through many discussions they ultimately offered up a very good bespoke solution for our situation and once planning is approved we will have no issue with looking to them to complete the actual build. We have had a lot of issues in the past finding reliable trades but with ArhiTERRA design and build we felt confident in their ability to both visualise and implement the build as well as follow through on their promises. I would say that for anyone considering discussing a project with them that it is worth your time to at least have a meeting with them and judge for yourself.

We’ve had multiple jobs done by Silviya. The first was a small extension and downstairs and partial upstairs refurbishment with new kitchen and 2 bathrooms fitted. This large job was completed within 16 weeks and looks exactly as we hoped. Given the extent of works we moved out for the build. The second was the construction of an outbuilding and garden redesign (patio and astro fitted). Again the results are great. We lived in during this project and I worked from home without disturbance. The latest has been the re-fit of new windows, front door and fixing the front render. Again, the results are very professional and minimal disturbance while the work took place. Will definitely use him and his team again, should we need any more building work and recommend them to others

DPS were superb from start to finish. They were hired to build a single storey rear extension in North London including a new kitchen and bathroom fit. I met Ralph on site along with a number of other builders, Ralph was highly knowledgeable and clearly explained what was required with practical solutions. DPS clearly scoped out the timeline and cost for each stage of the build and kept to this. They completed several agreed extras throughout the job. Communication with Ralph and the whole DPS team was first class throughout. I own a number of rental properties and can comfortably say DPS are the best builders I've dealt with, I cannot recommend them highly enough, they will be my first port of call for future work.
