I was very pleased with Igor’s work on the flooring and under floor heating, so decided to ask Raimundas to quote for a large bathroom, hallway, fitted kitchen, rewiring of all electrics and flooring throughout the rest of the flat. Due to work and my partner living overseas, I needed to trust somebody for a long length of time with my keys and my property. I was able to have a lot of the work done while not in the country, communicating with pictures, videos etc. Obviously this was important for me and made having the work done easier. There were also many problems with the kitchen delivery and other things that didn’t go according to plan. Raimundas was patient and polite at all times, even though it was sometimes rather frustrating. I highly recommend his services, and would definitely consider RR Construction for the next job

Job was to convert WC in outbuilding into a full bathroom, do walls and ceiling in outbuilding to convert into an office space. Price was agreed with things planned, still with some issues towards later part of job, It worked out in the end. Overall I am giving 3-4 stars as quality of work is good. Just need to have things written down with him, and a thorough discussion on plan before commencing work and agree on payment plan. suggested to keep 20% to be paid at completion.

Alban completed a lateral kitchen extension for me in west London. Very happy with the results and to add my name to others that have given 100% positive feedback. What I particularly liked - (1) Alban took great care to protect the rest of my house while working (protection, covers etc), (2) his team were friendly and polite to neighbours. Building works are always noisy and disruptive, they kept others 'on side' and (3) they worked to the timing and schedule agreed (4) they cleaned up, every single day (5) they worked to a high standard and corrected for any issues, despite my inevitable last minute changes. I cannot recommend John from Pacho Create Ltd highly enough. I'm a very particular client with high standards, I was impressed by his care, patience, and professionalism throughout. He clearly takes pride in delivering quality work and paid close attention to every detail. Living in a small flat, I was concerned about dust, but John proactively created a solution to minimise disruption, which I really appreciated. He also gave excellent advice on budget-friendly waterproofing products. We had a challenge with large-format tiles, but John worked closely with me to plan the layout, ensuring a natural, balanced finish. The workmanship is outstanding – minimal wastage, precise alignment, and superb attention to detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to use John again, in fact, I’m already planning to have him back to tile around my bath in the near future. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled, reliable professional.

Replaced a rotten external single door. The existing door frame was reused, as per request. This frame wasn't perfectly square which Alex had to compensate for. Alex arrived on time and completed the work without any unresolved issues, taking all offcuts and old door away for disposal.
