Great service from the builder. He listened to everything that I wanted & provided really helpful advice. He completed the job to a great standard and am really happy with the results. I wanted new kitchen countertops and electric hob/sink and tap fitted instead of remodelling my whole kitchen. I also felt very safe with leaving him to work alone in my house. We employed A.V Structures for the building of an external wall around our property, the removal of a garage and the installation of railings and gates. Throughout the 4 week programme we could not have been happier with their work. Arrival was prompt, their pace of work displayed energy and purpose. They were mindful of us and our neighbours and made sure the area was left clean and tidy at the end of each days work.in addition the workmen were courteous and kept us fully informed. Alex, the owner of the company, kept in close contact with us to assure himself of our satisfaction. He came on site at intervals to check that all was going according to plan. We therefore felt completely confident that quality and outcomes were important to him. Employing A.V Structures was a decision we were pleased to have made. Professional Polish builders (london) ltd,?this is a suitable name for this company. They built an extension and loft for me in the time standards set. They aren’t a cheap service but the professionalism of this boys goes beyond and above. I’ve seen a lot in my life and it was the third extension I designed for myself as I’m architect. It is hard to find an honest builder who will tell you the truth about what is waiting for you during the works. The job was done relatively quickly even when I changed my mind a few times and the weather this winter was cruel but Adam and Martin were always positive so do not believe any one who gives a fixed price and time - it’s impossible to do. Adam and Martin are fantastic organizers and skillful professional builders, his team are friendly,very funny and hard working guys. Open minded guys who will tell you straight on what things you can save money on and what not to. My dog has fallen in love with them. Safety and common sense is a priority to the crew. I would recommend these boys to everyone. thanks for your help and hard work!

Kel and his team worked on my single storey extension with bifold doors and glass roof. He also did some landscaping in my garden, replacing the fencing and installing a raised patio with cedar battens to the side. Overall I was very pleased with the work Kel did. He is a good communicator and frequently visited the site to keep on top of the work. Kel was happy to discuss requests and was flexible with design changes. The bulk of the work was completed on time with just some minor snags remaining, but the finish is excellent. It's been a long and stressful journey, but it's been easier with the friendly support and professional approach Kel has taken to his job. I'd be happy to recommend Craft of London and provide a reference on request.

We were absolutely delighted with Lino and his services. He was incredibly patient , as our flat purchase was delayed. We required a total gutting off our flat, with new kitchen and bathroom, new flooring, painting, and all the rest. He had great communication throughout. He showed up on time with his team each day , and was so professional throughout. We went to Lino for advice throughout the process. Firoj and his team renovated a bathroom for me in March 2015. He gave me a fixed cost for his labour and what turned out to be a very accurate estimated cost for all the parts/materials at the outset. He also gave me a completion time of 9 days with 1 extra day for 'spillovers' and 'unforseen delays'. He finished the job at exactly 9 days and still came around on the 10th day to see how everything was working. The quality of his work was excellent, to say the least. He attention to detail was admirable, as was his commitment to delivering a finished product that would last several years. This focus on detail and longevity is something that really sets Firoj apart from other builders, who often see such jobs as just another task to be completed before moving onto the next job. I have no hesitation in recommending him. Several months later my bathroom still looks great and everything works.

One of the best builders I have ever worked with. PMB take great pride in the work they do and finish to a exceptional level (even better than a lot of premium and expensive builders in the industry). Colin's knowledge about all aspects of building work is unmatched and that shows in the end product that he and his team delivered for me. PMB did a full refurbishment & substantial extension (everything knocked down except 3 external walls) - ground floor ext, first floor ext, loft extension, full re-wire, plumbing, gas, UFH, walls, plastering, fitting, decorating etc. His prices are reasonable and he advised when unexpected costs come up so I could make a decision on what to do. I will definitely use him again.
