The job was completed as required and although we were abroad at the time, Ivan ensured excellent communication including photos and videos at each stage of the project. Shawn, Paul and Simon were superb from start to finish. I am delighted with the finish to my new patio and steps which are superbly matched with Autumn Gold and Charcoal bricks pulling them together nicely to enhance my garden space. It is now level, making walking easier (I have Cerebral Palsy), and with the new railing installed with the steps, I am now able to access the upper level of my garden more easily without the fear of me falling. Paul and Simon both involved me with decisions to ensure everything was correct. The work was carried over four days and the work area was left tidy at the end of each day avoiding possible accidents. I now look at my garden with pride and sense of enormous satisfaction. Thank you guys.

Aaron was very friendly, polite, well presented and most importantly did a great job. He came out to see the job the same day I posted it, advised I needed to remove some old timber but offered to include this in his quote. He sent me a quote the same night and was available that Saturday due to another job in the area. His price was competitive and I was very pleased with his work. He also tidied up after himself including outside areas and I will be using him for other work, as well as recommending A.B Carpentry to friends/family. Thanks Aaron.

Firstly the owner Stephen Brooks, oversees the entire job, he gave me a fair price ,I'd had 2 other quotes and they were thousands more expensive. My porch was removed, and the new front door along with side panels were all installed . The finished job is looking really nice. I additionally asked for a stone wall that surrounds part of my outside property to be built, again a fair price was charged. I would recommend this company.

Mark Austin was engaged to remove and replace an old parkhome porch. Although not the cheapest quote, he did provide an honest and realistic appraisal of the job and accounted for customer preferences within his design. An amiable and industrious character, Mark always turned up on time at the times agreed and worked with busy intent while on site and always tidied up after the days work. What he left us with is a solid, sound structure that is clean and bright and easy to maintain. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark Austin Glazing and Building in the future.

Unfortunately the job did not go well. Problems throughout. Lewis did sort them but the contractors didn't do a good job. Plastering not done well. The bifold doors have scratches on that was supposed to be sorted but a year on nothing. I waited to leave this review in the hope this would be rectified.
