The original job for a bathroom renovation turned into a much bigger job. Raphael and his team ended up helping design and renovate the bathroom, bedroom, living room and hallway. The team helped us source all the materials including underfloor heating and an incredibly intricate mosaic tiled floor in the hallway. They provided practical advise about what was best for the space, what would work within our budget and what would be easy to live with. For example, the team installed underfloor heating in the living room using wood effect herringbone ceramic tiles which would help get the maximum efficiency out of the underfloor heating whilst giving us the wooden flooring look we desired. Raphael and the team were excellent throughout delivering high quality work and we were more than happy with the final results. I would highly recommend Raph and his team.

Undertook extensive building work - a rear and side extension, built a summer house, landscaped the garden and paved a new driveway. They are the best building company I have ever worked with. Courteous, tidy, excellent quality, considerate of our family and our neighbours. Afrim consistently gone went and beyond to ensure that my renovations were completed to a high standard and at a fast pace. I am so pleased I made the decision to let him manage the building work from start to finish as his electrician, plumber, tilers, kitchen fitters have all been fantastic. Building works can be extremely stressful but Afrim did everything to make sure it has been as smooth as possible - would highly recommend

Alexandros did an exceptional job with our bathroom. As it was our first major renovation we were very anxious about the whole process but Alexandros made everything very easy and smooth from the beginning until the end. Alexandros has a lot of experience and he is full of ideas and good suggestions. The new bathroom looks amazing and we could not have chosen better than Alexandros. The WORST experience I have ever had with a tradesman. I would strongly advise others to stay clear. There was no schedule of works at any stage. Adrian failed to plan, failed to communicate agreed works, & did not even tell his own workforce what they were meant to be doing. There was no evidence of professional oversight or management, resulting in chaos & extreme delays. I was repeatedly misled. He stated that Building Control had been contacted & paid for; but when I contacted them directly they confirmed no application or payment had been made. He damaged my property & instructions were ignored. He was rude, aggressive & shouted at me in my own home, which I found intimidating as a woman. Neighbours also complained about his behaviour. Despite multiple extensions, the job was left unfinished with little communication. He caused significant stress & a serious loss of time & money. The matter is now being resolved through the courts. I would NOT recommend him under any circumstances
