This is the first time we are carrying out an extension work at our property. Sean worked with us from a very early stage, prepared the drawings, coordinated with the council and ensured that we received the building approval on time. He was always available to advice us (when requested) on design challenges, choosing installers and material choices which we found very helpful. We are very happy with his work and thoroughly recommend him.

On a cold November evening, Tony and his team turned up to provide a quote and within a week this was received. The quoted price came in the middle of the pile, which was a good start and aligned closely to the ballpark figure I'd received from a friend who was also in the trade. We then visited a site they were finishing off, and Tony had the confidence to ask us to speak to the client without him there and they gave us the confidence to proceed. They started in January 2020 and rapidly moved through the works and engaged closely with my architect, Structural engineer and building control and proceeded based on their recommendations strictly. We lived in the property as build progressed and the team ensured that the site was secure every evening and we were safe. As COVID-19 hit and we went into Lockdown, the team continued to come and work (we were separated from them as the house was boarded up) and the only challenge was getting supplies. Tony scoured all over London, picking up items as best as he could and work continued. Once they'd broken through into the old part of the house they continued to progress rapidly and showed utter professionalism. The team lead's attention to detail is impressive, and he gave great recommendations on what would be the right approach when we were laying out features such as window sizing and lighting. The standard of work is excellent and I would highly recommend them.

It was a pleasure dealing with Peter and his team from start to finish and we couldn’t be happier with the work that they did. I was impressed with Peter’s previous work and we developed a good rapport from the first meeting and I felt that I could trust him with the work. He was clear about the detail of the work that needed doing upfront and his quote was itemised to reflect what each element would cost. The work was done on time and of a high quality and Peter was responsive at all times to any questions or concerns we had. He also made great suggestions of how we could do things better and was open to our ideas and realising our dream. His team were punctual, friendly and took care of the house ensuring the work that they did was of a high standard at all times and attention to detail which really has made a difference now that the project is completed. On the first job, four foot high graffiti text removed from textured glass bricks on front elevation of house. The team were punctual, conscientious and completed the task to a high standard.The second job was to clean the exterior panels on four sides of the house and again this was done efficiently with no effort spared in cleaning up surrounding areas not included in the quote. I would definitely recommend this firm.

Overall we are happy with the work that has been done, however the whole experience has been soured by the fact that I am still chasing to have the new hot water cylinder properly commissioned almost 2 years after installation meaning I cannot have it serviced and won't be able to claim on the warranty if things go wrong. My home insurance will also not pay out on any damage that may be caused. The other issue is that the two consumer units that were installed have not been labelled so I have no idea which breaker does what, this is a safety concern. My many attempts to contact Mandeep about this have been fruitless, I'm just being ignored.
