Chris and his team had taking on our small but rather tricky porch build. What stands out is attention to detail and willingness to do a good job even if comes at cost of time. Every person on site were friendly and experienced in their trade. And it shows in a quality of work from brick work to roofing and plastering. Our plan had to change couple times through the. however Chris supported us and communicated well though out build progress. We instructed Dan and his team to do extensive works to our house including new bathrooms, plumbing, heating and electrics. His communication was excellent throughout and kept us posted of progress. Initially contacted by David in regards to an issue with an extractor fan, he was quick to reply and sort a day to come and fix. Due to being impressed, we asked him to complete a few other odd jobs that we had. He quoted us a reasonable price and asked for 50% deposit which we paid instantly. We arranged a day for him to come however his van broke down and another date was agreed. He then came and completed part of the job, saying that he would come back to do the rest. We arranged a date to come and said he would be with us at 8. He didn’t arrive by 10.30, so we rang him and he said his van had broken down. The next day we got a video message with his van being towed. He then said he would be with us the following week to complete the work. Having not heard anything since, we assumed that everything was ok for the Friday, however he did not show up and we have not heard anything since, despite various attempts to message and calls with the last bit of communication being 3rd June.Latest review:Restoration & Refurbishment-J.e building services limited

Total renovation of a maisonette which lacked total loving care for last 16 years. New electrics, flooring, plumbing with refitting of bathroom and kitchen and removal of lean-to housing old boiler. Great attention to detail. His team worked 7/7 to achieve an agreed finish time.
