I was thoroughly impressed with Craig's work from beginning to end - he met and exceeded my expectations in all aspects of what turned into a fairly complex project (overhauling and fully refurbishing an 1800s tenement flat). Craig and his guys at CJF Solutions had a strong team of high quality contractors which they used to support the specialist parts of the project, and I was very pleased with the standard and finish of work across the board (including plastering, plumbing, carpeting etc). I was particularly pleased with his eye for detail, including making some helpful recommendations such as on how to tile the bathroom (which now looks MUCH better than the wet walls I originally suggested, and has been beautifully fitted out). Furthermore, Craig is easy to communicate with and very quickly grasped my requirements, meaning I was able to step back from the day-to-day detail of the project and trust him and his team to get on with it. In fact I was only on-site once over the course of the two month job, yet was delighted with the finished product. I have no hesitations in recommending Craig to others - I already have - and hope I will work with him again in the future. Thanks team.

I first met Lee Buchanan when he came to give me a quote for a kitchen extension. He was extremely helpful and honest from the start. Given that I had a budget in mind Lee suggested that my husband and I meet with a QS first to give us a guide about how much the build would cost.(Over 5 years ago when we wanted to extend our building plans were accepted by the local council but then we struggled to get a builder to even give us a quote and when we did it was totally out of our price range) Lee spent time with my husband and I and suggested changes to help keep the build within our budget whilst still having a design we loved! Lee and Owen's (Lee's Dad) squad at OBB were very efficient , professional, helpful and friendly. The lads would go out of there way to explain things and were happy to do the extras in our build. My husband and I made some small changes along the way and each time Owen and Lee were more than happy to accommodate us. I also met with the OBB's office staff, Owen's wife and Lee's partner both of whom were very friendly and welcoming. Our main build has come to an end but we will be getting OBB back to do some extra work as we know we can rely and trust them to do a good and honest job. My husband and I would 100% recommend OBB.
