Michael was hired to build a set of tiered retaining walls and steps in my garden. He was a pleasure to deal with whilst costing the job, gave a fair price and provided a detailed quote. In terms of getting the job done, Michael and Conor were superb. They were there when expected, they went above and beyond on multiple occasions when issues were discovered (not with their work), and at no point did they take the easy route. Rather, the attention to detail and consideration they put into how I wanted everything was exceptional and the communication throughout was faultless. I would confidently recommend MPE to anyone and will certainly be using their services again myself. The final bill was also exactly as quoted, and the standard of work was spot on. All round excellent.

Both jobs ran smoothly from the time I handed him my architects drawings. The things that stood out for me were Kevin's knowledge and understanding of what I required, the timekeeping of everyone on site and last but not least the site was left tidy at the end of every day. Firstly I would like to thank Scott and his team for their hard word completing our Porch build on schedule despite the cold and very wet weather throughout January. Scott is excellent at his job ( ground works and bricklaying ) and knows when he needs to bring in other trades to complete the project. Always on site when he said as with the other trades he booked. He kept me up to date throughout the build. We are very pleased with our new Porch and impressed with S.K Building Services work ethic and would highly recommend given them a chance to quote your building project. I will definitely use them again for any future projects at home or garden . Once again thanks Scott and team from a very happy customer - IAN & GINI -

Savage Bros built me a single storey extension on the back of house with pitched roof, four velux windows in a vaulted ceiling, they fitted a new cream gloss kitchen with black granite worktops and turned my old kitchen into a new dining room. Richard also installed a new bathroom suite and downstairs toilet and finished by tiling and painting the rooms. Richard takes great pride in his work and he has great attention to detail, I cannot fault anything. He comes in early and works solidly all day, cleaning up at the end of each day. A true professional in all aspects of the job. We would recommend him, he is a lovely genuine man.

I am disappointed that I did not put a review on the website at the time. Our experience with Steve and the team was excellent from start to finish. Keen to do the job and always full of good ideas and suggestions. Complete focus on our work outside of when sub-contractors needed the space and always explained. Pride in job and site excellent with cleaning undertaken daily as far as possible. Came in on time and in budget too. Would thoroughly recommend and know of a close neighbour who was delighted with our recommendation. Sub-contractors used good too particularly the plasterers.

Disappointingly all the door linings were fit incorrectly and as a result, no door handles and locks are flush. Didn’t come back to rectify mistakes around the house and stopped responding to messages.
