Ended up being a disappointing service. This trader was responsive at the beginning and addressed my queries after sending his quote however even when he mentioned that the job could be done in half a day, he had to come back more than twice after starting the job due to a lack of material, time or issues arising on his part, etc. A month after the job was completed the hatch fell off the ceiling and the trader said “I’ll be there tomorrow at the latest”, never replied at what time, I had to reach out several times as he was irresponsive and in the end did not come back anyway to fix the poor job and rather wanted to charge for any “extra” work conducted despite the hatch was already paid for. He said “find someone else to do it” and has not provided a partial refund either. I would not recommend him as clearly did not take proper care to do the job I paid and has no inclination of after care once he has the money.

Jack provided us with an extremely professional and high quality service. His workmanship is first class, he is a consummate professional and is polite, hardworking and courteous. He was always tidy as well. Any issues encountered were swiftly dealt with and I was always consulted on any decisions above what was already agreed. All additional tradesmen used by Jack were also courteous and professional. The job was completed within the quoted timeframe and I must say, the price was very reasonable. I would recommend Jack in a heartbeat.
