For the past five years our main work has been extensions garage conversions and full refurbs. Up until the last five years I was a member of NHBC due to building self build properties for individual clients. I have 40yrs experience within the building industry. Conversions - General- 30 Apr 2019
Good start, turned up early at quote stage and offered good advice. Throughout 80% of the project they were courteous, timely, clean and tidy. We did make one change during the project and this was received positively and adhered to. As the project came towards the end there were (in hindsight) clear signs of rushing, the quality of work took a step back backwards and became a little "slapdash". At the end of the project we were told that the two new doors would need to settle and we could call them back to adjust accordingly. Alas after several attempts to make contact we have just been ignored, it now transpires that the doors have been fitted incorrectly and one has been damaged. Shame, good start but the end result leaves us out of pocket as we need to have the poor workmanship rectified. I would not recommend Wallcob based on our experience
