Hi, I have been in the building trade for almost 30 years. I ran a small building company before Covid and did small jobs right up to £2m jobs. This included new builds auch as two 4 bedroom houses in Ashley Mew Milton, 3 3 bedroom bungalows in Holbury Hythe plus a few more as well as renovations and refurbishing I have installed around 20 double oak garages with some converted to livable spaces . After Covid I went out on my own doing extensions and renovations work. I do most of the work myself and bring in sub contractors when necessary. Also been to the USA renovating homes in Florida ( the experience to renovate in a different country was with different materials and building methods were an opportunity not to miss ) Mostly now I do extensions and refinishing, but can do most things, bathrooms, tiling ,patios and landscaping, painting and decorating. I can cover most jobs to a very high standard and the subcontractors I use are very well tested and approved, their workmanship and reliability including mine speaks for it self References from customers can be obtained
