I do not and have never suffered from failure on a project especially when it comes to cost, I am not adversed to introducing contributions to a project at my own cost if I feel that I missed at time of tender, or if it improves the project to make it better.

I believe him to be completely trustworthy, after he had worked for us the first time I was more than happy to leave him with a house key when I went out. Andrew has always called us shortly after he has finished jobs to confirm that we are happy. I highly recommend him and give him 10 out of 10!
