Committed to tile kitchen floor and floors in WC, bathroom and en-suite. Upon completion of kitchen floor we have noticed 2 chipped tiles and asked to replace them however on agreed day team did not show up. We have tried to arrange different date but had no response. They didn’t clean the surface before applying white grout which resulted in yellow staining that can’t be removed.
