I’ve been in the construction industry since I left school in 1987 and completed a 4 year apprenticeship in carpentry at Bryant Homes around Solihull … then went self employed just doing carpentry for about 12 years then started doing my own extensions from start to finish using all the trades men Id worked with regularly and got to know over the years and well over 20 years later they all still contract to me on my extensions, loft and garage conversions etc ..Still my favourite days are completing hand cut timber roofs and fitting kitchens … I’ve never been out of work in all these years and now moved to another area so looking for work more local to me now I’m a neat and tidy worker and I’ve always taken pride in my work, and who can’t stand mess !
