I cannot thank Masoud enough. From start to finish I was kept updated throughout with photos which really helped me as I was not on site. He produced a detailed report of recommended works with clear prices before the job began so that I could see the exact breakdown. The job went smoothly and although a few issues relating to the quality of the house and not the job involved, Masoud communicated well and quickly came up with cost effective solutions so that disruption was kept to a minimum.
