I have been working as an Architectural Technician for over 30 years, covering all aspects of the construction industry, including Planning and Building Regulations drawings covering small to large house extensions, loft conversions, conversions/remodelling, new build dwellings and commercial builds such as industrial units, mezzanine floors and fit-outs, to name a few.

I have over 10 years’ experience in AutoCAD 2D and 3D drafting, SketchUp modeling and basic rendering in the Philippines and Qatar with various infrastructure and commercial construction projects before moving here in the UK, and I believed and confident that the knowledge and skills built up during this time make me suitable for the role.

I have worked as an architectural technician for the last twenty years. I have had a wide variety of experience designing home extensions, loft conversions, new builds and conversions, both residential and commercial. I have excellent knowledge of Planning and Building Regulations requirements.

35 years experience in housing and light commercial. Loft conversions, domestic extensions, internal alterations to client's requirements. Conversion of commercial properties into housing units and retail units. Design of new dwellings for private clients and developers. All projects receive my full attention right through to successful and Planning Applications and Building Regulations Approvals. As I am not a qualified Structural Engineer I cannot provide Structural Calculations for steelwork.

2D/3D drawings for planning applications etc. Able to produce basic costing document/drawing for obtaining like-for-like quotes from prospective builders, to give the client the best possible choice, before making a full commitment. Full drawings to follow if required. Site visits preferable, but not always necessary. Typical prices for this service £140.00 inc. site visit, £90.00 without. No VAT.
