Andy, Dave and Brendon have been our amazing, they have been an absolute pleasure to deal with, they are trustworthy , professional, reliable, efficient, friendly, hardworking and conscientious. The have excellent communication skills and kept us informed along the way with what was happening and when they have restored our faith that there are builders out there who are excellent and do a proper job– and its these guys. We would recommend them without hesitation, in fact we would go as far to say don’t bother with any other builders use these guys, you will not be sorry (we can say that honestly in hindsight) We don’t normally leave gushing review’s but these guys deserve every compliment plus many more. We would be more than happy to chat to anyone thinking of having building work done. We had an extension built by another Builder and after five months of him working on it (he originally quoted 8-10 weeks) it was condemned by Building Control and had to be demolished. We were absolutely devastated; not only because we were back to square one but also we had paid the original builder a significant amount of money. Dave and Andy ‘squeezed’ us into their busy schedule and finished the extension and its brilliant we love it, just sorry we never used these in the first place, we would have saved ourselves from a tremendous amount of stress and money. At every point they check I am happy with each step and check exactly how I want them to do anything before it is done. Very polite and is willing to explain anything I don’t understand. We will be ever grateful to Rick at Ideal Homes who did an excellent job in removing an old RSJ and beam and replacing it with a replacement beam to perfectly match our existing woodwork in the room. You would not know it was not the original. Great communication. I always knew the days work would take place and start time or if the guys were running late. Rick provided a friendly and efficient team who provided a meticulous service and actually cleaned up after themselves which we had not experienced before with other builders. We can thoroughly recommend and will have more projects hopefully in the future. Thank you!

His team worked well and were considerate to neighbours. As I brought in other trades to work on the project Will co-operated and this greatly aided progress. The work was completed over 12 months ago and I can confidently recommend Will for his honesty and accommodating approach to my project.
Chris was professional and worked very efficiently. He came just to hang our front door but he was able to advise that the door I had bought was wrong and against fire regulations so he adapted and did an excellent job of fixing the old frame, door and locks. I also asked him to do two more jobs (bathroom pipes boxing in and all house door handles replacing) which he was happy to do so and the quality of all his work was excellent. Would definitely use again.
