Tom was always polite, pleasant and obliging throughout. He was methodical and carried out the tasks diligently, happy to clarify any concerns or questions we had and to rectify any changes made in a professional way. He was neat and tidy, putting dust sheets down to keep the carpets clean and he never failed to clear up after himself at the end of a day’s work. A real God-send! My problem was my solid wood flooring was laid bad and bowed in the summer. I left it for a long time as i thought I would of had to buy new flooring, Roysol team did a fantastic job, relaying the whole floor as well as underlay and gap filling. I didn't need to buy any new panels. Alauddin was an excellent communicator and Saeed was a perfectionist, two key elements. I found them very knowledgable and experienced. As well punctual, they worked long hours to get the job done, the floor looked amazing, a lot better than I expected. Great value of money, I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
