Michael was excellent in his knowledge, service and expertise. He came out very quickly and assessed the situation and was very hands on in trying to deliver the best cheapest option and service saving me the hassle of trying to locate and source parts for the job. He kept me in the loop whilst parts were on order and was quick to return to finish the job, which was done to an excellent standard. I would definitely recommend Michael to anyone after plumbing and bathroom solutions.

Awful experience. Was told he couldn’t go to job without payment upfront however I’d already sent address. I was driving through Liverpool tunnel when he decided to turn up at the property and when he couldn’t get hold of me within 5 mins rang the landlord. Sent mixed messages regarding prices then said £50 call out and when I asked for pictures of the works he intended to do he ignored me. Finally he contacted the landlord for the payment in which I had said do not contact them as you will not be paid from them but us, I was then shouted at and told I was being recorded, when I finished I explained that if he sends me his invoice he will be paid from me. To confirm payment was sent today to him and I would avoid this person for any work

We hired Liam to complete the full job - he did a great job on the lounge diner and was brilliant communicating during that project. He was well priced and incredibly friendly, things were off to a great start. We had him booked in to plaster the 2 bedrooms late November, he postponed the work twice - both times having messaged the day before with 'reasons' he needed to delay. Then when we finally turned up mid December, he had a coffee, claimed to be going for supplies and then never returned! Since then he has not responded to any attempts to make contact, he's not given any explanation at all, just left us with 2 unplastered bedrooms days before Christmas! Definitely would not recommend.

Great guys, fantastic service, friendly, professional and very accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for Ryan and his team, and the price was very competitive too. Can't recommend HP Electrical highly enough, use them and you'll be absolutely fine...and by the way, my job was a full 3 story Victorian property rewire, a huge job that the lads completed professionally. They left my home and furniture clean and tidy and I'd have Ryan and the lads back without any hesitation. I'd give them 11/10 If I could :)
