Ken initially provided a quote over the phone and then visited in person to confirm a more accurate price. He is friendly, approachable, and has a hardworking team. His quote was more competitive than others we received, partly because his team used scaffolding towers rather than full scaffolding, which helped keep costs down. During the raking-out process, a cable for one of our outdoor lights was accidentally cut. However, Ken has taken responsibility and offered to cover the cost of an electrician to replace it. Overall, we’re pleased with the work carried out and the way Ken handled everything. I would happily recommend Ken and his team to anyone looking for reliable and good-quality repointing work.

Despite not being able to turn up on the Friday, Reece completed the job the day after, turned up when we agreed and do a great job repointing the very top parts of the back and side wall that had gaps. He raised any issues that he spotted which were actually issues that another company told me were solved (ie a wasp issue and a birds nest). As a new home buyer, new issues can be stressful, but he made light of the situation suggesting my house is Ace Ventura 😅. Helpful lad, would recommend

We recently had the gable end of our property re-pointed and were very pleased with the work carried out. Andy and Paul arrived as agreed, worked efficiently, and completed the job to a great standard. The old mortar, several perished bricks and rusty lintel were removed and replaced, and the finished brickwork looks much improved and weatherproof. The area was left clean and tidy, and communication throughout the process was straightforward and professional. Overall, a reliable service ,a job well done and a good price.
