I can thoroughly recommend Peter and the work he performed. Peter arrived on time and worked very hard for the two days he was here. Peter was courteous and professional and did a great job. His work was clean and tidy and performed to a high standard using quality parts. For some of the work, Peter had a coworker and it was clear they worked well together. This was the first work Peter and L&J have undertaken through My Builder but don't let the fact that this is just one review put you off. I would gladly use Peter again and cannot recommend highly enough.

He fixed the ceiling switch but didn't come back to fit a new wall lamp above the sink. I think he is busy. Now I'm having some 'budget price windows' fitted while letting the ceiling dry out for longer. About the water leak from flat above I changed my mind because the person's involved said that 'they will not alter the pipes and yes it could happen again' so I don't want to spend over £1000 on builders because at the moment the ceiling seems strong enough. I will carry on with good quality mould killer, sealer and paint. Thank you. Sue Oaten
