He really got to understand what we needed. Jack finished on time as promised and we were delighted with his work. I couldn't recommend him any more. A significant part of this initial work was redone by the homeowner. Following this it took a month for the trader to organize for a plasterer to come and patch the ceiling; this was only a one hour job. It was never communicated to us until after the job was underway that a plasterer would be needed at an additional cost of £120. Bright left without tidying up: building rubble, cut wires etc. were left all over the bathroom. A piece of equipment was left at our property and (nearly a month later) it still has not been collected.
