My initial experience with Solis Power Limited was Leo’s immediate response within 30 minutes, visited my property to view my kitchen. He gave a full detailed breakdown of price list that explains each work to be carried out. Suggested materials to use also help with the purchase. Leo and his team are perfect working together, cleaned after themselves each day. They installed new electrical unit, also introduced registered gas man to run gas pipes and also connect the gas hob. Plumbing work was excellent too. Leo also helped with the measurements of splashback and splash splatter guard. The work was carried out within five working days delay was due to shortage of splashback in the store. I highly recommend Leo and his team.

Andy completed many tasks within this job which were all completed to the highest standard. Extremely professional and reliable, Andy got through it all as estimated and expected. Andy replaced an electrical consumer unit and provided the certification as well as various other things we needed. This included replacing light fittings, dimmers, installing a flood light in the garden, front porch wiring fixing. He acted fraudulent and without due care and professionalism. Shortly after commencing the project, he came up with variations, denying several things were not included in quote when we asked for a complete quote for refurbishment. He then started cutting corners and did terrible unethical things which of course building controls refused to sign off and ran off with money paid to him then started threatening me which of course I had to report and document with the police. I had to correct what he did at great cost to me and waited this long just to complete the project first before taking up this matter. I kept all the records carefully and plan to sue. I recommend to stay away from Prep, his company, structural engineer etc.

Mr Mihail Arama is very knowledgeable of his profession and was very thorough with the work. Before changing the fusebox he checked all the electrical points that would need addressing in the house. As I live in a house built in the 80s, he explained what changes were required in order to be safe and obtain the safety compliance certificate. He explained how the different house circuits were organised in the fuse box and checked that all worked as expected after the installation. As I had issues with my old stove and oven which caused the fusebox to trip he returned to make sure that all cables were in the right circuit and explained why that was happening. After a few days , he followed up to make sure that I had received the certificate and that everything was in order. He also installed a power shower and took great care in checking previously all the requirements that were needed. He made himself available for any issues post-installation and replied promptly and courteously. Mr Mihail Arama is a serious professional that will listen to your concerns and will find a solution for them. I don't hesitate to recommend him for any electrical jobs that you may have.
